How do I link my tickets in the Disney app when there is no barcode or QR code on my Confirmed reservations

Hi there, Marilyn, and welcome to planDisney!

We're so glad that you came to us with your question. I'm happy to hear that you've purchased tickets to the Disneyland Resort. You'll soon be enjoying all the food and decorations they've released for the Disney100 Celebration!

Linking your tickets in the Disneyland Mobile App is fairly straightforward. Let's go over the steps:

    1. Locate the Disneyland Confirmation email you received when you first purchased your tickets. There should be a button labeled "Access Your eTickets." Select this option.
    2. Sign into your Disneyland account if necessary. On the next screen, select "Print E-Tickets" on the top right corner of the screen.
    3. You don't really need to print them, but the next page should display your Ticket ID # as well as the bar code that you may scan in order to link your tickets.
    4. In the Disneyland Mobile App, press the ☰ Features menu and select "Tickets and Passes." Press the "+" button to begin linking your tickets.

If you are unable to locate this information, please call Disneyland Ticket Services and a Cast Member will help you find your tickets. Are you sure that your tickets aren't already linked? If you were signed into your Disneyland account at the time of purchase, they may have been linked already. Check the Tickets and Reservations page and click on "Make Park Reservations" to see if your tickets and reservations are there. Be sure to make your reservations if you have not already done so and remember that you may make advance dining reservations up to 60 days before your visit.

For your trip, I'd highly recommend experiencing Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. It's quickly become one of my favorite attractions across the Resort! The new nighttime spectaculars Wondrous Journeys and World of Color - ONE are also not to be missed! And, as announced by the Disney Parks Blog recently, you'll get to Park Hop beginning at 11 a.m. if you purchased a Park Hopper ticket.

I hope you're looking forward to your trip, Marilyn, and that you found this information useful. Please come visit us again at planDisney if there's anything else that we can help with!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
