    How can I link tickets bought at AAA? It is just a piece of paper with a bar code an number. When I scan bar code with My Disney Experience it doesn’t recognize it.

    Hi Suzanne!  Thank you for bringing your question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am sorry to hear that you've had trouble linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  Have you tried typing in the number on your will call certificate instead of scanning the code?  There is an option on the My Disney Experience mobile app to enter the ticket ID code, found just below the bar code.  Another option would be to try to link your tickets on the My Disney Experience website rather than in the mobile app.  Sometimes one behaves better than the other!  My friend and fellow panelist Robyn also had some great suggestions for another Guest who also had difficulty scanning their tickets.

    If none of those suggestions do the trick, I recommend calling the helpful folks at the My Disney Experience helpline at (407) 939-4357.  They were able to fix a couple of glitchy issues for me.
