How do I link my tickets to my account so I can just have them scanned all at once at the entrance?

    Heigh-Ho Dave,

You have come to the right place, we are hEAR to help Guests with any and all questions about their Walt Disney World vacation.

First things first, Guests should make a My Disney Experience profile and download the mobile app. This is your vacation control hub from the time your start planning your Walt Disney World visit, to the time you are visiting. This is where the magic happens. Become comfortable with navigating the site both online and on your mobile device, before your arrival.

Walt Disney World theme parks require a valid ticket for entry along with a park reservation. Once a Guest has purchased tickets and made a park reservation, the next step is assigning the tickets. Sign in to your My Disney Experience profile, and select My Family and Friends. Add each Guests name you are traveling with. If a Guest, already has a My Disney Experience profile, you will need to make a request by adding their Fist and Last Name and will need to know the email account they used for their My Disney Experience profile. Once they have accepted your request, you can then continue.

Once all Guests are included, in your Family and Friend List, select My Plans, then Park Tickets, and finally Link Tickets. You will need your ticket information. You will then be prompted to enter each ticket and assign them to your travel group. If you are using MagicBands, the ticket for each Guest will automatically be synced to their MagicBand. MagicBands are a convenient way to keep your tickets at wrists distance.  These can, also, be linked and assigned via your My Disney Experience profile. If you are not using a MagicBand, make your way to the Front Desk, at your Walt Disney World Resort, or Guest Relation/Ticket Counter, outside each Walt Disney World Theme Park, to pick up a hard copy ticket called a Key to the World. Each Guest will be assigned one of the fun designs, the size of credit card, and will use this throughout their visit for entry. At this time, Walt Disney World does not have the option to combine all tickets onto one item to be scanned for your ENTIRE party.

I hope this has been helpful Dave and for further tips check out our planDisney Panel Extras. We have compiled a list of whozits and whatzits galore, from our many stays at Walt Disney World, to help Guests. We look forward to welcoming you Home and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments
