Hey Howdy Hey Tabitha and welcome to planDisney!
It is so exciting to know that your trip is right around the corner! So many Magical memories await while you visit the Most Magical Place on Earth during a not-so-spooky time of year! Thank you for your question on linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience, let's review a few things and see what we can come up with!
Considering you booked your vacation at a Good Neighbor Hotel with
Signa by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, you should be able to access your whole trip from your
My Disney Experience account. I see that
my good friend Raquel gave you some tips recently that worked for her and I would have to say I have been in the same boat. I was unable to see certain parts of our trip from the
My Disney Experience app but they were on my My Disney Experience account online. I ended up having to uninstall and then reinstall my app and then after that everything else was updated and planning was back on schedule! As long as you see your tickets in one of those locations you are in good shape. If not, I would
reach out to Disney at (407) 939-4357 as there might be an issue with your My Disney Experience account.
The other thing you should see if not the specific tickets is your reservations. If you booked your vacation direct through Disney, you should have been prompted to make your
Theme Park Reservations at some point during your reservation booking. These should appear under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section of your My Disney Experience account. If you do not see this either or are unable to make theme park reservations, you have more of a need to call Disney and speak with a Cast Member about this minor issue.
Best of luck working through this process and I hope these options help you get this cleared up quickly so you can get back to planning your Magical vacation! Please feel free to reach back out if you have any further questions, we would be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
