I purchased a vacation package about three weeks ago. My hotel reservation shows up in my plans, but my tickets do not. When I attempt to link them with the confirmation code, I get an error stating that my reservation has already been linked.

Hi Tabitha, and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I know that the excitement is building with each passing day.

I have had a similar occurrence happen to me in the past, and I can tell you that everything was still in place. One thing I did was to access my account via the website if the My Disney Experience mobile app gave me an error message (or vice versa). If one of those does not work, try logging into a separate account of someone else in your party that is on your Friends & Family List because perhaps they can see all of your plans on their end, and that will at least give you some comfort knowing that everything where it should be. The fact that your hotel information is visible is promising, but it will not hurt to call (407) 939-4357 and speak with a cast member if the information is still not present.

Please return should you have additional questions before your arrival date; we would love to help.

    Have a magical day!
