mobile app Guests are able to report to their vacation hub to manage their vacation details. Guest can link/assign/modify their Walt Disney World tickets, make and cancel their Disney Park Pass reservations, select and order
mobile food and beverage options, make reservations for table-service dining, create and learn about the
Disney MagicMobile service along with much more. Become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience before your arrival.
Reassigning tickets is easier on your My Disney Experience mobile app. Select the MENU button in the lower right-hand corner and choose TICKETS AND PASSES. Next, scroll to the ticket you wish to fix. Select the REASSIGN TICKET option under the ticket and choose the GUEST for whom you like to reassign it to or ADD A GUEST if they are yet on your list. And Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo it is done. If you are having difficulty you can also, try through your My Disney Experience online account. Hover the cursor over the My Disney Experience tab and choose MY PLANS. Scroll down to My Plans, Reservation and Tickets and choose TICKETS & MEMORY MAKER. Scroll to the ticket your would like to fix and on the right-hand side of the page select REASSIGN TICKET and the GUEST you are switching it to. If you are still having difficulty your final step is speaking to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time.
