    Deborah from CA Asked

How do you link a ticket to someone’s account? Can it be on both persons accounts ?

Hi Deborah and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to see us with your planning question about the Disneyland Resort!

The easiest way to link your tickets to your Disney account is by downloading the Disneyland App. As soon as you have, open the app and tap on the bottom, right tab with the three lines. Tap on “Tickets & Passes” and you can either scan or manually put in the confirmation numbers. Take a look at the examples on this link. There are diagrams that will tell you where you can find the confirmation numbers, according to the type of ticket you purchased.

Deborah, tickets can only be linked to one person’s account. My husband and I just use the same log in information and account and open the app on our cell phones.

Don’t forget, every guest visiting “The Happiest Place on Earth” has to make theme park reservations for the days and parks they would like to visit before they arrive. When you open the app, you will see a link to help you make those reservations. You can also follow the instructions on this site

It’s also a good idea to look over the experience updates page on the official Disneyland site before your visit. This way you will know all about the protocols in place right now and what to expect.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
