Heigh-Ho Lori,
Welcome to planDisney, we are happy to help with your Walt Disney World planning inquiries. I highly recommend all Guests make a
My Disney Experience profile and download the
mobile app. This is your vacation hub while planning for and visiting Walt Disney World. This pixie-dusted tool allows Guests to stay in control of their Resort reservation, purchase Walt Disney World tickets, link and modify tickets, select Disney Park Pass reservations and cancel them, stay up to date on park availability, make dining reservations, prepare mobile food orders, check wait times for attractions and much more. Become comfortable navigating both online and on your mobile app before your arrival.
Linking tickets is easily done via your My Disney Experience, I prefer to do this online. Once you have signed in, locate either your
Will Call Confirmation Number or the
12-digit Ticket ID Number, you will need one of these numbers to link. Next, select
My Plans and highlight
Park Ticket and select
Link Tickets. The next page will prompt you to enter your Will Call Number or the 12-digit Ticket ID Number, both will work. Once entered you will be prompted to assign your ticket to the Guest of your choice. If the Guest is not yourself and someone else in your travel party make sure you have added them to your
Family & Friend list before linking. Your Family & Friend List is also made through your My Disney Experience profile. If you are having difficulties and need further assistance call, (407) 566-4985, to speak to a Cast Member.
Once your ticket is linked, your next step is making a
Disney Park Pass reservation. Guests must have a reservation at the park they are entering first for the day. If you have a Walt Disney World ticket with the Park Hopper option, you will NOT need a reservation for your park hopping parks. Park Hopping hours begin at 2:00 p.m. and go until the time of park closing. Entrance into the parks is at the discretion of Walt Disney World in maintaining a healthy and safer environment. Guests are able to check park availability on their My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling (407) 560-5000.
Be sure to check out the
Know Before You Go page for the current safety measures being implemented around the Walt Disney World Resort and stay up to date by following the
Disney Parks Blog.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
