Whether you renewed your
Annual Pass online or over the phone with the help of a friendly Cast Member, it should automatically have linked to your
My Disney Experience account in the process. This also means it should show up both online and in the
My Disney Experience mobile app under your Tickets and Passes. If, however, you do not see your Annual Pass listed, you may need to link it manually via the
Link Reservations and Purchases webpage online using the confirmation number you received in the confirmation email after renewing your pass. Simply select “Annual Passes” from the options on screen and follow the remaining steps to link your pass. If you have any trouble linking your Annual Pass or would rather have the assistance of a Cast Member to make sure everything is linked properly, you can call the
Annual Passholder phone line at (407) 560-7277.
