Disney MagicBands to a My Disney Experience account.
While you can link all your party’s MagicBands to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to ensure you assign the MagicBand to the correct Guest. To assign a MagicBand to another Guest, you will need to be connected via your
Family & Friends List, and you must have the permission to “Manage” the plans for these Guests. To link the MagicBand to a Guest you manage, go to the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Select the three horizontal lines on the bottom right side of the screen. Scroll down and select MagicBands & Cards. Once you are on the “Your MagicBands and More” screen, you can see your MagicBands and Cards as well as those of the Guests managed by you. Under the Guest’s name, you can select “Link a MagicBand or Card” and begin the process of linking the MagicBand to the appropriate Guest. Once a MagicBand has been assigned to a Guest, it cannot be transferred to another account.
