How do I link my park tickets to magic bands if I chose the email option for my tickets? I need the bar code on each ticket to link to each magic band. I want to avoid waiting in line at the park to receive the hard tickets. I chose email by mistake.

Hi there, John! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We are so excited that you’ve taken the time to reach out and ask a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

I love the amount of flexibility and ease of planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! One of the best tools for planning your visit is going to be your My Disney Experience account. From here, you will be able to manage just about every aspect of your trip. This ranges from viewing information regarding your Disney Resort hotel reservation all the way to Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering right from your smartphone! If you haven’t already done so, I highly recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app to your smartphone prior to your visit so you can access all of these features!

Your theme park tickets may also be linked to your account through My Disney Experience! All you will need to do is visit the “Link Your Reservations and Purchases” webpage and select the “Tickets” tab. From here, you will be prompted to input your ticket ID number. This can be found on your confirmation email for your theme park ticket order. Once you have entered this, you will then be able to assign your tickets and confirm your additions.

Keep in mind, you will need theme park reservations for your upcoming visit to the parks! Theme park reservations may be made through the Disney Park Pass system once you have added your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If you would like to availability at each theme park, you may do so by visiting the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar online as well.

You may also want to check out the “Know Before You Go” webpage to stay up-to-date on any modified experiences and new policies before your visit!

I hope this information assists you in planning a memorable visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you!
