How do I link military tickets that will not scan on app and hve 3 different numbers on them, none of which are 12 digits and all of which say invalid when I enter them

Hi there, Crystal! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh boy, it sounds like you're making plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort soon and I couldn't be more excited for you! As a military spouse, I truly believe that quality time is the best gift and I can't think of a better place to spend that time together than at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I'd love to help you take a few steps to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account so you can continue making your magical plans!

Crystal, have your Disney Military Salute Tickets ready and head over to the Link Reservations & Purchases page. Select Tickets, then enter the ID Number for the first ticket. Please note that the ID Number for your Disney Military Salute Ticket may not be exactly 12 digits (it might even be something like 17 digits!), so you'll want to enter the entire ID Number. You can always check the images on the right for more help in finding the correct ID Number, specifically the very last image. After you add the ID Numbers, you will be able to assign them to the Guests in your travel party. Of course, if you run into any issues, feel free to call a friendly Cast Member! They'll be happy to help you with your next steps. My best tip is to make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system as soon as your tickets are linked! This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip.

Please know that you'll need to activate your tickets before you can enter the parks! The Eligible Service Member (or spouse) must show a valid Military ID at either the Guest Relations window outside of the parks or at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. If you have time before your first park day, I always prefer to stop at the Disney Ticket Center so my tickets are ready to go when I get to the parks!

I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Crystal! If you have any other questions, please visit us again – we're happy to help.

You've got a friend in me!
