How do I link my memory maker I purchased when I purchased the tickets?

    Hiya Sarah!

I hope you’re as excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation as I am! I’m so glad you purchased the Memory Maker. It's great to get the entire party in your photos, thanks to the Disney PhotoPass photographers! You’re also going to love the candid reactions you’ll see at some of the attractions! I especially love my family’s reaction photos while we’re on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Magic Kingdom Park.

Sarah, if you purchased Memory Maker while logged into your My Disney Experience account, it should already be linked. To check if it is linked, please head to the Walt Disney World Resort website. Once there, hover over the My Disney Experience logo. In the drop-down menu, please select “My Plans,” and if you scroll down a bit, you can see your “Daily Itinerary." Next to that, you will want to select the “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” option. Once you scroll down under your theme park tickets, you should see Memory Maker Purchases.

If you don’t see your Memory Maker purchase there, no worries. You can link it to your My Disney Experience account by entering the confirmation number you received in your email at the time of purchase. To connect the Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account, please return to your “My Plans” page. Next to the “Daily Itinerary” and “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker,” you will see the “+ Add More Plans” option. Once you select it, please choose "Link Reservations and Purchases" from the drop-down menu. Next, you’ll want to choose "Maker Memory" to add your ID confirmation number, and after finalizing it, you should be all set! If you need help with this, please feel free to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at Disney PhotoPass.

Although your Memory Maker will be linked, it won’t be activated yet. To activate it, all you have to do is take your first PhotoPass picture. Once the photo loads onto your My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can select the photo, and you should see the option to activate your Memory Maker if it doesn’t activate automatically. Activating your Memory Maker will remove the watermark on your photos! I like to download all the pictures once I’m home. That way, I also get to look back at all the magical memories my family has made!

Wishing you an enchanting vacation, Sarah!
