How do we link all the members of my party w/our hotel And theme park reservations?

Hiya, Julie! I'm so glad you flew your magic carpet our way to planDisney!

Can you believe that you only have one more sleep until you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth?! You must be feeling like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! I'm happy to help you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation before you arrive. Let me just grab my magic wand!

Julie, linking with your travel party through My Disney Experience will help you to make plans together as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo! First, you'll want to link with your travel party through your Family & Friends List. (Pro tip: it can be helpful if you have their reservation numbers first!) Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. Scroll down and click Add a Guest. From here, choose an option to add the other Guests from your travel party! Personally, I've had the best experiences when choosing "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation." Continue these steps until all of the Guests in your travel party are linked!

You'll also want to make sure that you make your Theme Park Reservations! Log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down until you see the icon that says Park Reservations. Hover your mouse over this icon and click Make a Reservation. You should be able to make Theme Park Reservations for everyone in your immediate travel party and you will be able to view them under My Plans, Reservations and Tickets!

If any of the Guests need to link their hotel to their My Disney Experience account, they can head over to the Link Reservations and Purchases page! It will be helpful if they're already logged in to their own My Disney Experience account first.

Julie, once you've added your travel party to your Family & Friends List, made Theme Park Reservations, and made sure everyone has linked their tickets and hotel reservations, you will be ready for the final step - embarking on your magical vacation! If you have any questions or concerns during this process, you can also call a Cast Member or reach out to them through the Chat feature in the My Disney Experience app.

Which reminds me! Have you downloaded and explored the My Disney Experience app yet? This is a little like holding a magic wand in your hand! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This way, you know your meals and snacks will be ready before you ever feel a rumbly in your tumbly!

I'm wishing you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust! See ya real soon!

    Your Fairy Godmother in Planning,
    Michelle
