Believe it or not, I just did this very thing today, so I'd be more than happy to help you! Whenever you make a reservation, you'll receive a confirmation number. Once you have the confirmation number, simply log in to your
My Disney Experience app. Click on the hamburger symbol (≡) in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, scroll down to 'Link to Account,' and at the top, select 'Type ID.' Under 'Resort Reservation,' you'll see the option to enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. When I first tried to enter my confirmation number, I received an error. I called
Disney, and a friendly Cast Member let me know it could take up to 72 hours for the confirmation to appear on Disney's end. Luckily, I was able to enter it the very next morning. Once my reservation was linked, I was prompted to the next page where I could list the Guests staying in the room.
I highly recommend calling Disney if you experience the same issue, especially since your stay is approaching. Linking your
Disney Resort Collection hotel or
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel to your account will give you access to 30-minute
Early Theme Park Entry,
Lightning Lane Passes, and, depending on where you're staying,
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. These
amazing benefits are some of the many reasons I always stay on site.
