How do I get my husbands ticket onto his phone

How ya doin', Emily, and welcome to planDisney!

Your vacation is just a few short days away, and it's so important that every one of you can have the freedom to roam The Most Magical Place on Earth at your own pace. That starts with assigning those Theme Park Tickets to the right Guests so they can access their own fun.

In the My Disney Experience app, tap the three-lined icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and choose My Tickets and Passes. When you see the Theme Park Ticket, choose the Reassign Ticket option and select his profile as the person you want to have it. It should then be available to him in his My Disney Experience app.

Pro-tip: If he hasn't already created his own My Disney Experience account, it's not too late. Once he's downloaded the app and created his own account, you can link up via the Family and Friends List. Just tap that three-lined icon from before, choose Profile, and then Family & Friends List. You then choose to Add a Guest and scan the linking code found in his account. From there, follow the steps listed above.

Emily, have the most magical time in a few days. And remember that both of you can set up Disney Magic Mobile Service to add those tickets to your mobile wallets for easy use. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
