Hiya Mark!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question for us today.
I love that you’ve decided to stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Each Resort hotel has fantastic theming with
so much to do! My family and I especially enjoy that even when we’re leaving the Theme Parks to go to our Resort hotel, we’re never really leaving the magic. I can’t wait for you to see what I mean!
Mark, to link a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation with your Disney Park Pass reservation, you will want to link your Resort hotel reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. To do this, once you log in, under “Resort Hotel” you will find the link to “Link a Reservation.” Once you follow the steps to linking a reservation, you should be all set.
Also, you will want to make sure your
Theme Park tickets are linked properly. To do this, scroll down in your My Disney Experience account until you see “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” Under this, you will see two tabs in smaller print: Daily Itinerary, which is what you’re viewing now, and then “Tickets & Memory Maker” next to it, which you’ll want to click on. Upon clicking this, your tickets should be displayed here. If they’re not here, you will want to go ahead and link your Theme Park tickets, as well. To do this, you will go back to the spot where you saw “Resort Hotel” and next to that will be “Park Tickets” with an option to link your tickets.
If you haven’t already purchased your Theme Park tickets, be sure to first check the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to make sure the Theme Parks you’d like to visit are available. After this, you’ll be able to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations.
Should you need any help with this, you can call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 or
chat with a Cast Member on the Walt Disney World Resort website and they will be happy to assist you!
I hope you have an enchanting time, Mark!
