Heigh-Ho Justine,
I am sorry you are having difficulty and I hope I can help so you can continue planning your Walt Disney World vacation.
While I am not privy to Guest information and do not have access to your Walt Disney World Resort reservation or My Disney Experience account I can assume a couple of scenarios. If you each bought your tickets separately and each family linked their tickets to their own My Disney Experience account, as long as you have invited and accepted each other’s Family & Friends requests, through your My Disney Experience account, then you can make Disney Park Pass reservations with them. Just because you can’t see their ticket information, doesn’t mean you can’t plan for them. Make sure all invites have been accepted so you have full access. I have a huge
Family &Friends list but do not see all of their tickets. However, I can make Disney Park Pass reservations for them. As you continue through the process, to make Disney Park Pass reservations, their names will pop up in the list of who to include when you make your reservation.
Another possibility is the Guests have multiple My Disney Experience accounts and will need to have them merged by calling technical support at (407) 939-4357. A Cast Member can then combine accounts and further assist in making everything copacetic. As a side note, if anyone in your party is an Annual Passholder they will need to make their Disney Park Pass reservations separately from a Walt Disney World ticketed Guest. But ultimately if you continue to have problems then it is time to call (407) 939-4357 so a Cast Member can help. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time and I recommend calling as early as possible.
I hope I have helped and wish you much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust in resolving your planning quandary. Stay up to date about
