    How do I link my Disney tickets that I purchased from Triple A? It’s not allowing me to link it on Disney Experience.

    Hi Patricia and welcome to planDisney! How wonderful to know that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in December! I just love seeing the Resort all dressed up for the holidays!

    If you don't have one yet, you should create a My Disney Experience account. This way, all of your vacation information will be in the same place! An easy way to link your theme park tickets, is by following the instructions on this link. You will notice a diagram on the right side of the page that will help you locate the information you need to input, to link your tickets. If you’re still having issues linking your tickets, you can always call a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 for help. 

    Patricia, once you’ve linked your tickets it's also a good idea to download the My Disney Experience app to your smartphone before you arrive. It’s a great vacation planning tool, because you can keep an eye on theme park hours, attraction wait times and see all of your plans, right from the palm of your hand!
