Hiya Ashlei!
Welcome again to planDisney! So sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your vacation to your My Disney Experience plans.
I found some assistance from planDisney technology genius
Anne Marie who suggests that you first confirm if your tickets and plans are already linked. If purchased directly through the Walt Disney World site, the tickets link automatically as guests are usually logged into their MyDisney account. I suggest using a computer and an internet browser to check the My Disney Experience plans page and then selecting "
Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." You should see any tickets you purchased here and any Resort reservations under your
regular plans page. If you are having trouble with the app then the app could be the problem. I sometimes find the My Disney Experience Mobile App to be a bit glitchy so I suggest closing the app completely and then making sure it's updated.
I also want to make sure you are using the
right linking page. If you purchased just tickets then
link the tickets but if you have a package then head to the "
Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" page. (Sorry if I am making you do the same thing over and over again.)
If you continue to have issues then you will have to speak to the real pros at "
My Disney Experience and MagicBands" who can help figure out why things are not linking up properly. I have always spoke to a lovely Cast Member here who knows the ins and outs of the app and managing the accounts properly.
I hope this was helpful and you are set up soon!
Happy Planning!
