How do I link my discover Disney 3day exchange certificate to my park reservation

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Helen! I’m so glad that you brought your vacation question here and would love to help you link your Discover Disney 3-Day Exchange Certificate to your My Disney Experience account. As a military family, we purchase the Military Promotional Tickets which are a bit like the Exchange Certificate that you were issued. We have to go into our My Disney Experience account and manually enter the ticket information in order to link the tickets to our account, so let me walk you through the process of doing so.

You will start by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Scroll down until you see the four circle options; Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, and Dining. You will hover the cursor over Park Tickets where you will then see the options Select Tickets and Link Tickets; click the Link Tickets option. It will then take you to the Theme Park Tickets or Passes page where you can enter the ID Number for your Exchange Certificate. There is a sample card pictured to the right helping Guests to locate the ID Number on their ticket type. You can use the arrow to the right of this picture to scroll through the different options until you see the Exchange Certificate option or the option that looks like your Exchange Certificate. Once you enter the ID Number you can add an additional ID Number if you have one or select Next. You will then assign the ticket(s) to the Guest(s) and confirm.

Once you have your Exchange Certificates linked in My Disney Experience you can go to the new Disney Park Pass system to book your park reservations. The first day that you visit the theme parks you will need to visit a Disney Theme Park Ticket Window with valid identification and the Exchange Certificates for each member in your party in order to receive the theme park admission cards. I hope that you have an absolutely magical time in Walt Disney World! Please stop back by if we can help you with any more of your vacation questions.
