If we link a credit card to our Key to the world card and charge everything we can to our room, will we be given the opportunity on our last day to pay all of our left over cash off our final balance before charging the remainder to our credit card?

    Hi Allison!

One of the most convenient ways to pay for items, be it souvenirs, meals or photos, at the Walt Disney World Resort is via you Key to the World card. Your KTTW can be linked to a credit card or debit card, and all you'll need to do it swipe and sign (or "tap" with the new RFID KTTW cards) and you'll be set.

If you've linked a credit card, and you wish to pay the balance in cash, or Disney gift cards, you can opt to head to the reception desk the night before you check out.  You can ask the Cast Member at reception to look up your account, and that you'd like to pay part of the balance in cash.  They will credit your account accordingly, and provide you with a balance amount, which will be charged on the credit card you linked.  You can do this every evening if you wish, in order to make sure your balance is settled prior to the next morning.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
