Hi, Jacqueline, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing this frightfully fun question to us. My daughters love to attend
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Not only can they ride many of their favorite attractions, but they can also meet characters that are not normally out and about each day in the theme parks. Of course, the nonstop trick-or-treating all across Magic Kingdom Park is a must-do for them!
I am so glad you have already purchased your tickets to the party. These events often sell out, so I always encourage guests to buy them sooner rather than later, or else it's a definite trick and no treats for them! When you purchased your tickets, you should have received a confirmation or order number. Just sign on to your
My Disney Experience account online and use that confirmation number to
link your ticket order to your account. If you are using your
My Disney Experience mobile app, then look under the menu for
Tickets & Passes. When it opens, click the + button to link a ticket purchase. You will be able to assign each ticket in the order to specific members of your party. The system uses the
My Family & Friends List to assign each one.
I hope this helps you link your tickets to your account! If you continue to experience issues with this, I recommend you
call the Existing Tickets line for assistance. Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if we can scare up another answer for you!
