Hi Monica! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I always purchase
Memory Maker for my Walt Disney World Resort visits. To me, photos are the very best souvenirs and I love reminiscing about all our vacation memories through the years.
I have great news for you Monica: you probably don't need to do anything! If you were logged in to your Disney account when
purchasing Memory Maker, it should already be linked to your profile. If not, follow the easy instructions to
link it to your account. You can see the Memory Maker entitlement when logged in to
My Disney Experience online under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and then "Tickets & Memory Maker". (I find it easier to locate all my plans online rather than using the My Disney Experience mobile app.) I assume your children are already in your Family & Friends list, but if not you can add them there. Memory Maker entitles you to
download all photos of your Family & Friends taken within the Memory Maker window. As long as your children's tickets are linked to their profiles, there is nothing additional you need to do to use Memory Maker. Everyone in your party is welcome to capture as many
Disney PhotoPass photos as they like; Memory Maker is the product that allows you to download all the photos for one price.
Photo tip: when out and about in the Theme Parks, ask Disney PhotoPass photographers if they have any
Magic Shots they can do for you. I'm sure your family will love to see the magical surprises that appear in your photos!
I hope that helps! Please feel free to visit us again any time if you have additional questions.
Enjoy making those magical memories!
Anne Marie
