Georgianna, I went ahead and
called a Cast Member about your Theme Park tickets. Usually, to link
Theme Park tickets with a will-call number, you would have to go to the website directly and under “My Plans” link them. After explaining that you have tried this, the Cast Member said they would need to go ahead and look into your account. To reach the Internet Help Desk for assistance, you can call (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will be happy to help take care of the issue for you.
Once you have your tickets set up on My Disney Experience, I would encourage you to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. These are now required along with your theme park tickets to enter the parks. And as you’re starting to plan, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile app! It allows you to place
Mobile Food & Beverage Orders, unlock your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, check wait time for attractions and so much more!
