Under the “My Profile” section of your
My Disney Experience account online, you should see an option to “Link Tickets or Passes.” On the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you’ll need to tap on the three lines in the lower-right corner of your home screen, choose “Tickets and Passes” and then click the plus sign in the upper-right corner of the screen to link your
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass. Once you receive your new MagicBands, you’ll go to “My Profile” and then “MagicBands and Cards” to link your new MagicBands to your account. You may have multiple MagicBands connected to a single account, though, so your old MagicBands should still be connected and will continue to work interchangeably with your new ones.
Should you run into any issues linking your Annual Pass to your My Disney Experience account, you can reach out to the

contact Annual Passholder support by completing an online form.
