I think one of the greatest features of
My Disney Experience is its
Family & Friends list which allows you to connect your account with the family and friends you plan to visit
Walt Disney World Resort with. After you’ve sent an invitation to someone to connect with you via Family & Friends, their name should “automagically” appear on your list. If you’ve sent an invitation to someone and their name is not on your list, I would first of all reach out to that person to make sure they accepted the invitation they received via email. If they say they have (but their name still isn’t showing up), I would log out of your account and then log back in. If that still doesn’t fix the problem, reach out to a Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience helpline to see if they can help you out. You’ll want to make sure you have the email addresses for those friends who’ve accepted your invitation, as that’s what the Cast Member will use to look up their information.
