Hi Lindsey, What time do people typically arrive (on the 1st day) of Expo? I want to avoid rush of crowd. Any tips on seeing it all? Do they hand out a program guide there?

    Hi Michelle!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. There is so much to see at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo, but if you don't have you heart set on a particular item, I think it's a great plan to wait a bit for the crowd to die down!

You'll find the first morning that some folks with actually line up an hour or so before the doors open because they want a particular item that will have limited availability, like the coveted runDisney Christmas ornament. Otherwise I would recommend going about an hour and a half to two hours after it opens to allow the rush to die down a bit. There is a guide handed out when participants collect their race shirts, but since I know from your past question that you are a local and not registered this won't apply to you. I would recommend approaching the shirt pickup area and asking one of the volunteers if they have extra booklets. While it isn't a guarantee, my guess would be that they'll have one for you to at least look at and see if there are any booths you definitely want to hit! I hope you have a great time shopping 'til you drop at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
