Hi Kiah,
I am glad to see that you will be attending one of the
Disney After Hours events. These are a blast because the theme parks are spectacular at night and during the Disney After Hours events, the wait times are much shorter for your favorite attractions.
I see you are interested in the food at these events! Food is always my primary concern at any event because I love a good snack. You will be happy to know that the snacks are typically popcorn, ice cream, and drinks! They are completely included in the ticket you already purchased and are unlimited. You can stop by the event carts as many times as you want throughout the night for a sweet or salty snack to keep you awake and enjoying the fun.
One of the best parts of Disney After Hours is that rides like
TRON Lightcycle / Run and
Star Wars: Rise of Resistance which typically have long wait times are easier to get on than during a normal day at the theme parks. I recommend getting there early and enjoying the time before the event starts. With your Disney After Hours ticket, you are able to check in and start exploring the theme park at 7 PM. This gives you a few more hours to explore! I would look through the rides that will not be open during the event and prioritize riding those before it begins. If you are not looking to maximize ride time, I would make a dining reservation in the theme park you are attending right after 7 PM so you can enjoy a great dinner before you get the party started!
My favorite theme park meals to reserve are
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen at Magic Kingdom,
Le Cellier Steakhouse at EPCOT, and the
Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios.
Happy Planning
Jenna
