Hello there Jennifer!
Thanks for sailing by with your question. I'm excited to hear that your group will be enjoying a
Disney Cruise Line voyage in less than one month! I haven't yet had the chance to sail with a large party, but it sounds like a perfect way to relax and reconnect. Let's make sure you're ready to experience all the magic together.
I reached out to a Cast Member who let me know that your ability to book activities together will likely be reduced when more than 4 staterooms are linked. Although linking is the best way to ensure you'll be able to dine together each evening, with
more than 3 staterooms linked to a reservation, you may experience issues when trying to reserve activities for staterooms besides your own. If you are all hoping to enjoy the Royal Gathering or
Royal Court Royal Tea Party, the Cast Member recommended having each stateroom book those activities individually. You can also
contact a Cast Member by phone if you need additional assistance.
I'm hoping you were already able to reserve experiences for your sailing party, but you are also welcome to stop by the
Guest Services Desk upon boarding if you still need help getting everyone on the same page. I've always found them to be helpful, so I'm wishing you an extra bit of pixie dust when it comes to scheduling.
Be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App in advance of your sailing. You'll be able to review the daily activity and entertainment schedules to plan even more fun for your travel party, as well as communicate with members of different staterooms using the chat feature. There are even some adorable character emoticons you can send and receive, sure to brighten any already magical day at sea.
Jennifer, I
Wish you the most
Wonderful sailing. I hope it's full of
Magic and
Fantasy and is the vacation of your
Dreams.
Please stop back and ask us more questions as you prepare for your sailing. We'd be happy to help.
"Sea" you real soon,
Amy
