Hello, 1. Are there likely to be fireworks, WOC and Fantasmic on MLK day (Monday 20th January)? 2. I know Fantasmic is just on weekends. Is WOC on weeknights or just weekends (at the end of January)? Thanks :)

    Hello, Annette!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney. I am happy you sent your question to us!

We do not have information about the Disneyland Resort entertainment calendar in January yet, unfortunately. Fireworks typically occur on Friday through Sunday nights in my experience, although a nighttime spectacular usually takes place in Disneyland Park without fireworks on the other days. The first Monday of each September is Labor Day, a United States holiday. I looked at the entertainment calendar to see which evening performances are scheduled during Labor Day weekend. World of Color - ONE and Fantasmic! are both planned for this upcoming Labor Day, as well as Halloween Screams with fireworks. Hopefully, similar nighttime spectaculars will occur over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend! I recommend asking your travel agent to check the entertainment calendar as it gets closer to January.

Did you know that dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance by contacting your travel agent? You may be interested in the World of Color Dessert Party, one of my favorite evening experiences! Guests are offered savory snacks and tasty desserts, as well as a variety of delicious beverages. Hot chocolate sounds perfect on a cool January evening! My family often brings blankets to cuddle up in our chairs and watch the inspirational World of Color - ONE.

Annette, I hope you can watch one of Disneyland's famous nighttime spectaculars during your visit! Thank you again for reaching out to planDisney.
