I liked my b resort hotel and it doesn’t show my name. How can I change out guests.

Hey there, hi there, ho there!

You are as welcome as can be at planDisney, Suzanne.  Thank you for checking in with another great question about your upcoming vacation!  I am so happy to hear that you will be able to return to the magic next month.

With your resort hotel reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should see your resort hotel information listed under your arrival date on the "My Plans" page.  To the right of your reservation information, you should see a button to "Change Reservation" or "Update Guests."  This will allow you to link the Mouseketeers you have set up in your My Disney Experience account to the reservation.

At times, if your reservation is approaching, these buttons may not appear and you will have a notation to contact a Disney Vacation Specialist by phone to make changes to your reservation.  Simply call a Cast Member and they can assign the appropriate Mouseketeers to your reservation!

To view all of your reservations and plans on the go, be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app to your device.  It is a great Mouseketool to have on hand while in the parks to view maps, check attraction wait times and conjure up meals and snacks with mobile food and beverage ordering!

Visit us again at planDisney if you have any additional questions before your magical vacation, Suzanne.  No reservations needed!

    See ya real soon!  Angie
