Savi's Workshop. However, I'm sorry to hear that two of your lightsabers are not functioning as expected.
It sounds like you've been troubleshooting these issues like a true astromech droid. Unfortunately, we can't all be as savvy (or sassy!) as R2-D2. I've watched multiple online videos about disassembling and assembling a lightsaber and you seem to have already done what you can. At this point, Jacob, I would recommend that you reach out to a Cast Member by calling the
Merchandise Guests Services phone line or sending them an
email message. I can't guarantee that they'll be able to resolve your issue, but I know that they will certainly try their best. I've called them on a number of occasions and have always ended the call feeling like they've tried their best to address my situation within the best of their ability.
As a fellow Star Wars fan, are you and your sons looking forward to
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew? It's premiering with two episodes on December 3, 2024 on Disney+! I love how each Star Wars series has a different vibe to it and I can't wait for a Star Wars adventure featuring a group of kids akin to those old 80s movies back when I was a youngling!
