    Lightning lane says can’t load experiences

    Hello, Lisa!

    We're so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question today. It sounds like you might be trying to purchase Lightning Lane Passes for your upcoming trip. If so, you'll want to be sure your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account and your travel party is connected via your Family & Friends List before getting started. 

    Once all the details have been confirmed, head to the My Disney Experience app and click the "Purchase" button for Lightning Lane Multi Pass/Single Pass or Lightning Lane Premier Pass, depending on what you'd like to purchase for your visit. I just went through a test purchase, selecting April 9 as my date of visit for Magic Kingdom Park. I noted that Multi Pass was already sold out for EPCOT on this particular date, along with Single Pass selections across all parks. If you are seeing "Currently Unavailable," that means the pass type or specific attraction is already sold out. If you are seeing a different error, I recommend closing out your app and reloading your selections.

    Once I selected Magic Kingdom and my travel party, I was able to choose from the full assortment of included selections for my initial 3 selections, with the exception of Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, which is set to reopen on April 8 and will likely draw lots of guests eager to check out the updated experience. My arrival windows defaulted to later in the day, but I was able to modify them a little earlier, depending on the attraction.

    If you've already purchased your passes and are hoping to modify your selections, you can do so by clicking the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of your app, then the tile for "Lightning Lane Passes" at the top right. You can adjust your date of visit and/or park, subject to availability, up until the time you scan in for your first attraction. You can also modify your attractions and ride times one at a time, pending availability, throughout the day.
