My Disney Experience account or your
Lightning Lane pass purchases.
But no worries at all, I've got your back. Your best option is to reach out to Disney through their
live chat on the Help Center page. If there's an available Cast Member, they'll help you out. If not, you can give the My Disney Experience hotline a call and explain what happened, and they will surely try to find a quick solution.
If the chat and phone options don't pan out, don't worry. When you arrive at the park, just head to the Guest Relations building on the left after scanning your ticket. There, you can explain your situation to a Cast Member, who will guide you through the process of resolving your issue. While I can't promise anything, I've had great experiences getting things sorted out that way.
