    The light saber we purchased won’t charge. How can I get help with a repair or return?

    Hi Nicole,

    I hope you all had a wonderful time on your recent Disney World vacation! There is nothing better than reliving the memories through your pictures and souvenirs. Although getting home and having an issue with your precious souvenir stinks, Disney World has your back.

    You can easily contact Merchandise Guest Services by phone at (877) 560-6477 or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. They will be happy to help you get a return or repair started. Before you call, have as much information as possible including your receipt, purchase location, and item details. This will help them to get you help quickly and have your replacement items to you as soon as possible. Whether you custom-make it at Savi's Workshop or buy it at one of the many shops in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Merchandise Guest Services is a one-stop shop to help you with any of your shopping woes. 

    Since your vacation just ended, don't forget to check your My Disney Experience app for all the PhotoPass photos taken on your trip.  You have up to 30 days after your trip to purchase these photos and will want to grab them before they expire.
