    Light saber not working at all. What do I do? Who do I contact?

    Welcome to our magical side of the galaxy, Britney! 

    Wow. You must be one powerful Jedi. It sounds like you’ve battled against the Dark Side so much and so often that the lightsaber you crafted at Savi’s Workshop has malfunctioned. Thank you for your service to the Resistance. The Force is strong with you. 

    I have helped many Jedi troubleshoot with their custom lightsabers. Sometimes these powerful weapons just need a little maintenance… Click here to see how I helped a fellow Jedi fix her lightsaber… 

    If your lightsaber is not working at all, and you’ve tried replacing the batteries, and followed the troubleshooting steps from the link above, then it is time to call in some reinFORCEments.
