If your lightsaber is not working at all, and you’ve tried replacing the batteries, and followed the troubleshooting steps from the link above, then it is time to call in some reinFORCEments. Please call a Cast Member at Disney Merchandise Services at (877) 560-6477 or email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. You can also check the bottom of your receipt from Savi’s Workshop, as there should be contact information there too.
