    What is the Light lab booth that is happening during the Food and Wine Festival?

    Hi Nanette!

    There are so many incredible (and tasty) adventures to be had throughout Epcot during the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, and one of these exciting experiences is getting a drink from the Light Lab, where everything glows--even the drinks!

    The Light Lab, one of the unique Global Marketplaces, is located between Club Cool and the Epcot Character Spot.  There, you can choose from a list of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy, including beautiful glowing concoctions that are created right before your eyes!  You can watch as your drink transforms from one substance into another through a tasty and scientific process!

    I personally enjoyed the InfraRED, but I was able to visit with my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Lindsey P., who got to enjoy the gorgeous Bleu Spectrum!  Another one of the very popular options is the Phosphorescent Phreeze, which is a non-alcoholic frozen concoction served in a souvenir beaker!  I would definitely recommend stopping by the Light Lab during your tasty visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    For your next stop, I highly recommend the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey-Caramel from The Chocolate Studio or the Cheese Trio from The Cheese Studio hosted by Boursin Cheese!
