I'm sorry you have experienced difficulty with the Online Check-in Service on your My Disney Experience app. I live in the UK, and I just tried to do my online check-in for my forthcoming holiday, and it showed the same message that you are receiving. I then logged onto My Disney Experience on my laptop using www.disney.co.uk and it worked! So please try doing it that way, and you may be successful.
If that doesn't work, please call our
Technical Support team who will be happy to assist with this.
It's a good idea to use the online check-in service as you will be notified of your room number as soon as it's ready, so you can go straight to your room, bypassing the Front Desk. If your room isn't ready you are still welcome to use all the facilities at your resort (and you can leave your luggage with Bell Services until you can access your room).

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort has its own
Disney Skyliner station, making visits to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios so easy, and makes a pleasant change from using the buses. The Skyliner is an attraction all of its own with fantastic views from high above the Resort, and is a comfortable, smooth ride. You can also visit other Disney Resort hotels along the line (Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort).
