Welcome to the islands, Patrick! I'm glad you brought your sunshine to planDisney as you plan for an easy, breezy vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Sebastian's Bistro is a hidden gem in
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. However, with the popularity of this resort,
Disney's Riviera Resort, which welcomes Guests just a few steps away, and the convenience of the
Disney Skyliner, this dazzling restaurant is showing up on people's treasure maps.
You will
shore-ly savor your meal here. Dinner is family-style, meaning it is an all-you-care-to-enjoy feast at your table. Typically, restaurants at
Walt Disney World Resort that serve buffet meals, either traditional or family-style, do not offer to-go boxes for leftovers.
I can certainly understand your question. I love tamarind and chimichurri seasoning and sauces. Add a salad with Key Lime dressing and bread service. And then there's the coconut-pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream... You could
dessert me on this island for days, and I'd be happy. I relish every bite and wish there was room for more. There are so many delectable things to savor that I can leave full and still have some
little smackerels of something sweet on the table.
One tip I'll have to try next time: My friend
Lauren recommends saving any remaining Guava Butter and Caramelized Onion Jam served with the pull-apart rolls. This makes the vegetables served with your entrée even tastier!
I know this is likely not the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it does not diminish the shine of this dining experience. There is a reason people travel from all over Walt Disney World to partake in this island oasis.
If we can help with any other planning questions, please breeze back by
planDisney. We'll be glad to welcome you back.
Wishing You a
Fin-tastic Trip!
