Where can I see what is left on my payment plan

    Hey there, Tonnia!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming by with your question! I love the fact that, as California residents, we have the option to pay for our Magic Key Pass through a monthly payment plan. It's a great option that allows many people to be able to finance their Magic Key over time.

Tonnia, when you first purchased your Magic Key, you received an email with your payment plan contract attached. In it, it lists the Magic Key Payment Plan Guest Services number which is 1-800-410-4656. This is the number that you will need to call to speak to a Cast Member about the details of your payment plan, including your balance remaining or if you would like to pay it off early, which you are allowed to do without penalty.

How have you enjoyed your Magic Key Pass? I hope that you've been making good use of it throughout the year. I've certainly made full use of mine and have been able to visit the Disneyland Resort multiple times this year. I really do enjoy all the benefits and discounts that come with it. Be sure to check out the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland Mobile App because you never know when you might find an offer that you'd like! And follow the Magic Key Instagram account for the latest news and updates!

Tonnia, I hope that this response was helpful for you. If you have any more questions for us, please do not hesitate to visit and write to us again!

    Have a Magical Day!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
