I have some left over no-expiry tickets and was wondering how I will be able to use these during my upcoming trip. With all the changes that were made: no turnstiles, MagicBands, etc. Will I need to go to guest services to change them?

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I have good news - it will be very easy for you to use your non-expiring park tickets during your upcoming trip.

One option is to simply take the tickets with you and visit Guest Services once you arrive at a park.  The Cast Members there will be very happy to help you.

Another option would be to try to link these tickets to your My Disney Experience account before your trip.  To do this, once you're logged into the Walt Disney World website, go to My Reservations under the My Disney Experience option, then choose "Link Tickets" under the Tickets & Passes section.  The site will walk you through the next steps, depending on the type of tickets you have.  If you have any trouble, try giving Disney's Technical Support a call at (407)939-7765.

I hope you have a magical vacation, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
