We are leaving for WDW next Friday and The kids still do not know! my questions is, I have already received the Travel Vouchers for our trip but how dose the MYW tickets work? Will we have to get tickets for the park everyday? Thanks

We surprised our girls for one of our Disney trips. We picked them up at school in a limo. I still can't believe that hubby and I were able to keep the secret from them. It was so worth it though when we told them, "Hey, we're going to Disney World," and they erupted into cheers. I'm sure your kids will be THRILLED too.

If you have gotten a Disney package, the upon check-in at your resort each member of your party will be given a Key to the World card. This looks a bit like a credit card but it has many functions. It serves as your room key and will also have your park ticket information encoded on it. When you go to the theme parks each day, you just put your Key card into the entrance turnstile (it pops right back out again) and it will read your ticket information right there. There is nothing separate you'll need to pick up at the parks.

In addition to the being your room key and your park tickets, your Key to the World card will also have your dining credit information encoded on it if you have purchased the Disney Dining Plan. You can also have your Key card set up to function like a credit card so that you can charge purchases made in the parks and resorts back to room.

I hope you have a wonderful trip and I'm sure you're going to get HUGE points from the kids for the fantastic surprise.
