    Leaving Sept. 19....Is it recommended to make reservations for the Whispering Canyons Cafe and if so am I too late to make reservations considering the time period between now and my departure fotr Disney.

    Hi Donna,

    Yes it is strongly recommended that you make dining reservations for all Disney restaurants including Whispering Canyon Cafe. I'm not sure when exactly you'd like to dine or how large your party is but I just looked for availability at Whispering Canyon Cafe for 4 guests and there is availability at 6.15pm on September 19th. What I suggest you do is use the new online booking system on www.disneyworld.com go to the Whispering Canyon page, click book online and then enter all your details. It will then tell you what availability there is and will also show you some alternatives. Cancellations occur all the time so check back regularly. If you're still unlucky you can ask the concierge at your resort to check for you once you arrive.
