    We will be leaving the Magic Kingdom and heading to Grand Floridian Cafe for 1:00 reservations, and then the Wonderland Tea Party at 2. How long will it take for us to get to the GF? Can we take a taxi, or do we have to take a boat? Trying to save time.

    Hi Rosalie,

    There are no taxis allowed at the main gate of the Magic Kingdom. To get a cab, you'd actually have to backtrack and go to the Transportation and Ticket Center, so this is not a good plan. 

    Getting from the Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian is super easy. You have two good transportation options, you could either take the direct boat from the MK to the GF or take the monorail from the MK to the GF. Either way will take you about 15 minutes in transportation time. Personally, I'd take the monorail, but the boat works equally well.
