We are leaving on June 20 on the 4 night Bahamas cruise. I have two boys ages 6 and 7, what should they wear to dinners? And my husband as well? Are shorts and collared golf shirts acceptable attire for dinner and shows, or are dress pants needed?

    Ahoy, Kristy!
The final countdown to your Bahamian voyage on the Disney Dream is on! Before you know it, you'll be hEARing the magical words, "Welcome Aboard" and your enchanted journey with Captain Mickey will be underway! As you prepare for your pixie-dusted sailing, the Disney Cruise Line packing list is always a great resource to reference. What you are thinking for your boys and husband is just perfect. My son typically wears a collared shirt with nice khaki shorts for the cruise casual nights. My husband wears nicer dress shorts or a casual pair of khaki pants with either a golf shirt or button down. There will be one optional dress up night, so you may want to save the dressier outfits for this night. You also have the option to dress up for Pirate Night. Many Guests like to don their pirate garb for dinner and the festivities on deck. Party City typically stocks pirate attire year round or you can check Mickey's Mainsail once aboard. They will have a variety of pirate themed merchandise, which will also make great souvenirs. Pirate-themed bandanas are given out to each Guest, so you don't need to purchase that accessory!
I'm glad you stopped by with your question, Kristy! Best wishes for a magical voyage on the Disney Dream!
