Welcome aboard, Alicia! Wow! Not only do you get to set out to sea for the very first time with Disney Cruise Line this fall, but you get to do it on the Dream's
Halloween on the High Seas cruise! Boy, do you have some spooky fun in store!
Besides all of the fabulously ghoulish activities and events you'll get to experience when you sail over Halloween, you'll also be treated to some of the most spectacular food at sea! My family loves trying new dishes each time we sail, and I'm always amazed at some of our kids' new favorites. Escargot? Who knew?
One of the perks of sailing with Disney Cruise Line is the complimentary 24-hour Room Service. It's so nice to wake up and have a leisurely breakfast on your own verandah or even in bed, while you begin to get ready for the day. You are correct, however, that the room service breakfast options are typically continental-style offerings. The good news is, that if you would really like to eat in your stateroom, but prefer a hot breakfast of eggs and bacon and those famous Mickey waffles, you can certainly send one family member up to get breakfast at Cabanas buffet and bring it down to your stateroom. There is absolutely no problem in doing that. We've done that a few times when we weren't ready to head out for the day, but the kids wanted Mickey waffles! I know it's not ideal, but I promise no one will look twice if you are wearing your pajamas at the buffet and heading back to your stateroom! This is your vacation after all!
I hope you enjoy a wonderful cruise next month, Alicia!
