Hi moms! Leaving in 2 days !!!! We're staying at AKL through DVC, and did not purchase the dining plan this time around. Would we still be able to purchase the mugs to get free refills on drinks at our hotel? Thank you!

Hi Rachel! You’re going to love staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas! It is our family’s absolute favorite Disney Vacation Club Resort. With beautiful African decor, amazing cultural activities and animal’s right outside your door, there is something for everyone. Any resort Guest may purchase a Rapid Fill Mug to use during their stay. You do not need to be using the Disney Dining Plan to purchase your own mugs. Mugs are available for purchase at The Mara quick service dining location at Jambo House, Johari Treasures which is the gift shop in Kidani Village, and at the Maji Pool Bar at Kidani Village. If you do drink a lot of soft drinks, and are staying more than a couple days, I think the Rapid Fill Mug is a good value for most Guests. We almost always purchase one if our trip is three days or longer. Have a truly magical and thirst quenching vacation this week, Rachel! - Kate
