    Hi, we leave in a week to Orlando - trying to pre-order magic bands to have them waiting at our hotel (not shipped). Can we do this?!!

    Hello there Annamarie, and welcome to planDisney!

    MagicBands are my favorite vacation accessory!  They make it so convenient to access my theme park admission, open the door to my Disney Resort Hotel room, charge purchases to my room folio, and more!

    Guests with a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel may order customized MagicBands through their My Disney Experience account at a discounted price.  MagicBands ordered at least 11 days in advance will be shipped to the address on file.  MagicBands ordered between 6 and 10 days of your arrival date will be waiting for you at the front desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  If you have missed the ordering deadline, you may purchase a MagicBand at many merchandise locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.  Another option would be to pick up a ticket card or create a Disney MagicMobile pass in the My Disney Experience app.  A MagicMobile pass will have much of the same functionality as a MagicBand.
