We leave on the 13th!! What time is the first dinner seating? Is there a "show" at every dinner? Can we have a sit down meal (with wait staff) for breakfast and lunch? Also, can I find out our dinner rotation before we leave? Thank you!!

Welcome aboard, Meaghan! This time next week, you'll be setting sail from Port Canaveral for a magical cruise with Disney! How exciting! You must be setting sail on the Disney Magic. I'll be onboard that cruise as well, so please say hello if you see me!

The main dinner seating is at 5:45, and in case you forget, you'll be reminded of that once onboard. The first dinner you have at Animator's Palate is "show night". This amazing restaurant begins in black and white, and is slowly transformed to full color (even the servers' uniforms!) throughout your meal. Character sketches will take place on screens around the restaurant bringing your favorite Disney characters to life before your eyes! It is one of my family's favorite nights onboard the ships!

Each day, you'll have many different options for breakfast and lunch at one of the many restaurants on the Disney Magic. These include a-la carte breakfast and lunch at Lumiere's where I love enjoying a relaxing breakfast with my family. The servers there are happy to help recommend delicious meals and bring you your much needed first cup of coffee in the morning! Alternately, Carioca's, the newest restaurant aboard the Magic, offers a breakfast buffet. And of course, Cabanas up on Deck 9 always offers a delicious breakfast and lunch buffet. Perfect for a laid back experience or an outdoor meal with the best view in the world! Don't forget Room Service is complimentary, so you're always welcome to order a quick bite to eat from there. My family and I do enjoy sitting out on our verandah while we sip a coffee and have breakfast in the morning.

You'll find out your dining rotation once you arrive at the port. It will be listed on your Key To The World Card with letters in order, for example: L A C L means Lumiere's, Animator's Palate, Carioca's, Lumiere's.

    Happy travels Meaghan!
